MRS Gourmet Chef provides a variety of services to fit different budgets. I work with each of my clients to provide a completely customized service.  Whether you’re looking to throw a swanky cocktail party, or need to have ready-made meals on hand to get you through the month, MRS Gourmet Chef can help.


Meal Plans

These meal plans provide an easy solution for dinner on even your busiest of days. First I do an initial consultation to find out what meal plan will best be suited for you and your family. During this time I will uncover your family's eating habits and preferences so that I can design a custom menu to suit all of your needs. Once the menu is complete, I will submit it for you to approve. Upon approval, we will coordinate a date for me to come to your home and cook. I will prepare all of your meals, package, label, and store them in the refrigerator or freezer as needed. Each meal will come with detailed heating instructions, so all you need to do at the end of your busy day is heat and eat! Meal plans include all shopping, customized menu planning and recipe development, cooking, safely cooling, packaging, labeling, and kitchen clean-up.

Throwing a party? Hosting a special event?  Need some holiday help?  MRS Gourmet Chef offers many styles of customized dining to suit any occasion: elegant dinner parties, romantic dinners for two, cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners, showers, bachelorette parties, and more!


Cooking Lessons

Whether you are looking for some serious help in the kitchen, or just a fun night out with friends, MRS Gourmet Chef has something for you! Learn the basics, or tackle something you've always wanted to try. All cooking classes are taught in a relaxed, fun-filled atmosphere in the comfort of your own home. Curriculums include: Homemade Pasta, Homemade Mozzarella Cheese making, Soups and Stews, Holiday Cookies, Pizza Party, Thanksgiving Sides, Pies, Healthy Cooking, and much much more!


Gift Certificates

Give a truly unique gift!  The recipient needs only to call to set up the initial consultation. A gift certificate from MRS Gourmet Chef is great for birthdays, anniversaries, housewarming, new baby, weddings, get well soon, or a very special Thank You!

Services

How It Works

To start, a complimentary, no-obligation consultation is provided to assess your needs. We’ll meet to discuss your dietary and allergy requirements, taste preferences and the style of service that will best suit your needs.  We'll then set up a "cook date" - a date and time when I will come to prepare your meals.


I then prepare a menu for the selected number of entrees and sides and send it to you for approval.  Once you approve the menu, I create a shopping list.


On the morning of the scheduled cook date, I shop for the freshest ingredients available and bring them and all of the equipment required to thoughtfully and carefully prepare your selections to your home. Everything is prepared to your specifications in your kitchen without any added chemical preservatives. 


Your customized meals are then stored in containers with the number of servings that meet your needs.  Each container is labeled and heating instructions are provided.


For weekly service, most items are refrigerated.  For biweekly, monthly, or as-needed service, meals are stored in your freezer for use whenever you need a healthy meal in minutes.


I’ll leave your kitchen just as I found it. The only evidence you’ll find that I’ve been at your home is the aroma of your freshly prepared meals.  If you'd like, I'll even leave one of your meals warming in your oven for you to enjoy that evening.
